If you are an account holder you can collect your order from our trade counter which is open daily from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm (closed between 1.00-2.00pm daily).
You will need to visit the showroom first and ring your order through to the call
centre.
Once accepted, only then can you collect from the trade counter.
Please note: We do not accept cash or cheques from non-account trade customers.
