One of our core values at Arqadia is customer service, and we must be doing it right as once again we have been awarded the coveted Industry Customer Service Award at the Fine Art Trade Guild Awards 2008.
Voted for by customers, this is the seventh time Arqadia has been awarded this important accolade. The Art & Framing Industry Awards, hosted by the Fine Art Trade Guild, are the industry's premier awards. Each year they bring together all sectors of the industry in a celebration of art and framing's biggest successes and greatest achievements over a 12 month period.
Managing director, Mike Brown said: “To be awarded the Industry Customer Service Award is always a great
honour, but to receive it seven times is an outstanding achievement of which we are extremely proud. This award is testament to the importance with which we regard good customer service.
“For us, customer service is not just about supplying the right product on time. It’s about doing everything we can to make the process as straightforward and stress free as possible. For example, our forthcoming electronic invoicing facility means that customers know exactly what has been dispatched before the goods actually arrive, making budgeting and stock control easier and more efficient.”
