How do I log in?
Click on the 'login' link at the top right of the page. To log in you need to enter the e-mail address that is registered to your Arqadia account, and a password. If you had login details for the previous Arqadia site, they will no longer work, but you can request a new password by using the forgot password facility, by entering your previously used e-mail address, see below.
I don't know my password. How can I log in?
There is a 'forgot password' facility on the login page. Enter an e-mail address that is registered to your Arqadia account and you will besent a new password by e-mail. Please note that this system will only send you a password if a login account has already been set up. All e-mail addresses that were used by login accounts on the old website (up to July 2012) will be active. If you receive the message that no accounts were found matching your e-mail address, then please contact us to ask for a login to be set up.
How do I change my password?
Go to 'My Account' and click on 'Account name/password'. You can enter a new password there.
How do I change my name or address?
At the moment, the facility to amend your own name and address details is disabled. It will be implemented at a later stage. If you would like to notify us of a change of your details, please get in touch.
Why can't I see any prices or order total even though I am logged in?
You may have 'Shop mode' active. Shop mode is a feature which hides all the prices on the site. If you can see 'Shop mode active' at the top of the website, click it to show prices again. See 'What is shop mode?' below for more information.
What is Shop Mode?
Shop mode is a toggle that lets you hide prices for all products while remaining logged in, so that you can still browse the site and view product availability with a customer present, and prices will not show up. Shop mode also has the facility to replace the Arqadia site logo with your own. If you'd like to use this feature, please contact us for more information.
Why am I no longer receiving my electronic invoices?
The most likely reason is that the invoices are being sent to an old e-mail address which is still against your account that you are no longer using. Please call the accounts department to check this.
I used to be able to view and print invoices from the web site. Can I still do this?
Yes, the facility to view and print PDF copies of invoices is available in the 'Order history' section of the My Account area. Go into order history and scroll down until you see Sales Invoices. All invoices are listed there, each with a link to a printable PDF.
Can I collect an order that I place on the web site?
Yes, to specify collection of an order, select any delivery address in the first page of the checkout process, then on the second page, delivery and payment, click on the 'delivery method' option and choose 'Collection'.
Why do images of your white mouldings look completely blank?
Our product images are produced internally in a carefully controlled studio environment and the files are saved to accurately represent the product colours in printed form and also on computer screens that are correctly configured. The most likely reason why the white mouldings appear blank is that your computer monitor has it's brightness set too high. This is usually how it's set at the factory. It should be at 50% or lower for accurate display of white shades. Better still, use a monitor calibration tool. There are free online tools, or hardware calibrators are available. See here: http://epaperpress.com/monitorcal/index.html In most cases, we display white mouldings on a black background as well, but if your monitor is too bright, you may not see any detail in these images either.
More Q&A's will be posted as they arise.
